By using Power QR ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Power QR provides QR code creation, dynamic redirection, scan analytics, and physical placement tracking.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Power QR to:

• Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content via QR codes
• Abuse the redirect service to perform denial-of-service attacks
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the analytics platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of QR codes and target URLs you create. You are solely responsible for the content linked through your QR codes.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scan analytics will be 100% accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gelotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
